The Ultimate Vfit Challenge! Train like a World Champion for 6 weeks and see what awesome results you can achieve. I reduced my body fat by 15%, lost 7kg, 5 inches off my waist and shaved 3.5mins off my min mile time. What can you do with your body in 6 weeks?  

We’ll give you everything you need to achieve these kind of results BUT the hard work is up to you! We expect you to train twice a day where possible, to eat the diet we give you and you need to turn up once a week to a designated training session that World Champion Thai Boxer Vicky Church will run.  
We will weigh, measure and fitness test everyone at weeks 1 and 6 .  Fit tests to include but not limited to – Bleep test, Standing jump, Agility tests, flex tests and lots more.

This is not for the faint hearted BUT it is accessible to anyone at any weight or any fitness level. You just need to have 100% determination to achieve your goals. Quitting is not an option!

The 6 week course will cost £45 for Vfit Members and £85 for Non Members. 
Start Date will be Saturday 16th January 2016 at 11.30am, here we will weigh, measure and fitness test everyone.  Allow at least 3 hours for this session.  Then training sessions will be every Thursday from 6-6.45am & 7.45pm-8.30pm you are ONLY required to do 1 of these sessions but you MUST turn up to 1 per week.  
At the end of the course anyone who manages to beat my results will get a prestigious ‘I Beat The Boss’ Vfit Hoodie. There are only 20 spaces available on this course due to the level of personal support given.

I love the attitude, atmosphere and vision. From the first week I joined the vfit Bootcamp, I did wonder what I let myself in for. Every week did get harder, but so did I. The rewards speak for yourself. You get out what you put in. Vicky, Mel, Trev and Kath Hugh thank you. Love my new health style change. Although I will be eating the occasion pasty. The diet and nutrition plan is so easy to follow, and I've not starve myself, and energy to burn. I'll keep the good work, thank you for giving me the push start to the new me. Love Hayley x
