Event Headquarters:  Stithians Lake near Redruth.

Start Time: 7.30am (TBC)

Swim – 1500m

Takes place in the usually calm waters of Stithians Lake.

Cycle – 39km

The cycle route follows the road from Stithians Lake to Helston and then back towards Falmouth where it turns off to Stithians and Lanner, then back to the lake.

Run – 8km

The run follows the off road, traffic-free footpath around the perimeter of the lake with only a small section on the road just before runners return to the Watersports Centre to finish.
