At Vfit we pride ourselves on offering a completely new and bespoke variety of Yoga, non traditional in delivery we focus heavily on injury management, bodily symmetry and alignment, functional strength, stress management and correct diaphragmatic breathing. In our classes you are welcomed to talk and share what your body is feeling and we understand that not all poses are suitable for all people. We will adapt and offer the right poses for your body’s structure, a non serious environment that you can relax and unwind in from the stresses of life all while under the safe and highly qualified supervision of the Teachers. Come and unpick long standing niggles, injuries and misalignments while having a giggle and making friends.

Vicky is a very accomplished massage therapist. Being an athlete herself, she has a great understanding of the toll that training and everyday life can have on the body. The approach Vicky takes is not merely mechanical, but holistic, making treatment educational which is important for long-term health. Vicky is professional yet friendly, making me feel relaxed and comfortable before, during and after treatment. I would highly recommend her to athletes and non-athletes alike.
