A sprinkle of: Goji Berries, Chia seeds, Hemp seeds, Sunflower, Pumpkin or mixed seeds, 8 pecan or walnut halves (or equivalent). Selection of the following; Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries, Grapes, Dried Dates, Scottish Porridge Oats, Coconut milk and Semi-Skimmed milk.

Really benefiting from the classes I have been taking. I can now see a difference !! The guys taking the classes are fantastic, professional whilst still making the classes fun and friendly. Great mix of other people in each class.... Well worth giving it a go !!
